Why work with me?
The path to Captaincy and Command requires dedication, determination, and significant financial investment. And although maritime licences allow leaders to operate at sea, technical training is just that. It doesn’t equip them to deal with the leadership challenges they inevitably face.
I am an ILM Certified Masters Level Executive and Leadership Coach with personal experience of vessel Captaincy, as well as Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron Command. This makes me uniquely positioned to support your Captains, Deputy Captains and senior maritime leaders.
And as a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, with commendations for leadership from both the Royal Navy and Royal Canadian Navy, you can trust I know what your Captains are dealing with.
The role is challenging, demanding, and at times, particularly pressured.
