For the last thirty years I’ve supported people in environments where responsibility is significant, pressure is constant and the quality of judgement matters.

I’ve led specialist teams, worked alongside the Special Forces, stepped up to Warship Captaincy and commanded the UK’s largest Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron during the London 2012 Olympic Games – experiences that shaped my personal understanding of expectation, pressure, responsibility and risk.

Today I use advanced coaching expertise to provide confidential counsel, proven pathways and trusted support – services that are delivered through the lens of lived experience – and shaped to ensure my clients succeed.
