EXPERIENCE TO DRAW ON
Support grounded in the realities
of high performance leadership
For the last thirty years I’ve led and supported high performance leaders, often where decisions carry consequence, the picture is incomplete and accountability is personal.
That perspective was forged in the Royal Navy where I led elite teams, worked alongside the Special Forces, stepped up to warship captaincy and commanded the UK’s largest Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron while supporting the security of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Those experiences taught me that effective leadership depends on far more than subject matter knowledge and technical expertise. It requires sound judgement, the confidence to address difficult issues and the ability to establish trust, develop people and create the conditions for others to excel. They also taught me the importance of sustaining yourself when others depend on you, and the value of having someone you trust to turn to.
Today I combine that leadership experience with specialist coaching expertise to help you develop your capability, navigate consequential responsibility and sustain performance in a way that recognises both the leader and the person behind the role.
