I understand what changes when the final judgement is yours.

Having worked alongside the Special Forces, stepped up to Warship Captaincy and commanded the United Kingdom’s largest Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron, I have experienced the difference between holding significant responsibility, and being the person with whom accountability ultimately rests.

It taught me the value of clear thinking, sound judgement and trusted perspective when circumstances are uncertain, expectations are high and decisions carry real consequence.

Today I draw on that experience to support those operating at that level and those preparing to step into it.
