PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I understand what changes when the final judgement is yours.
Having worked alongside the Special Forces, stepped up to Warship Captaincy and commanded the United Kingdom’s largest Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron, I have experienced first-hand the difference between holding significant responsibility and being the person with whom accountability ultimately rests.
Those experiences taught me not only the value of clear thinking, sound judgement and trusted perspective, but what happens internally when pressure rises, uncertainty remains and others are looking to you for clarity.
