NAVIGATE BEYOND
When significant responsibility demands more than expertise.
Confidential counsel
Proven pathways
Trusted support
Expertise and experience can take you a long way. But some situations, and the weight of responsibility itself, often demand something more: perspective, judgement, challenge, support or simply the space to think clearly.
Drawing on thirty years of leading and supporting those carrying significant responsibility, I provide confidential counsel, proven pathways and trusted support to turn complexity into clarity, and help you navigate the way ahead.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I understand what changes when the final judgement is yours.
Having worked alongside the Special Forces, stepped up to Warship Captaincy and commanded the United Kingdom’s largest Bomb Disposal and Diving Squadron, I’ve experienced first-hand the difference between carrying significant responsibility and being the person with whom accountability ultimately rests.
Those experiences shaped my understanding of what such responsibility demands when the picture is changing, information is ambiguous and there’s no obvious way forward: perspective, judgement and the ability to recognise what may be missing.
Today I draw on that experience to support those operating at that level — and those preparing to step into it.
